You may return any unused goods in their original packaging within 28 days of the date of delivery. Please note that it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are packaged and returned to us safely in a saleable condition.

Once we receive the goods, we will process your refund. Please note, you will be required to cover the cost of return carriage. We always advise to obtain a proof of the return.

Returns are at the customers expense, except in instances where an item arrives damaged or incorrect. In these instances please notify us within 48 hours. You can contact us by email customerservice@vfhome.co.uk or telephone on 0800 0489 085 and if possible please include photos.

Please note: Returning larger items e.g Furniture will incur a £60.00 charge.
